About the Role:
Do you have a passion for digital marketing, analytics, growth marketing, and lead generation? Do you have a strong background in marketing technology, marketing analytics, KPIs, and benchmarks? setting big goals…and then crushing them?
We are looking for a seasoned, creative, and results-driven marketing leader who will be charged with driving growth for 10Pearls through digital channels include search engines, social media, company websites, blogs, and online advertisements, newsletters, lead nurturing and other outbound marketing collateral.
At 10Pearls, your responsibilities will include creating digital marketing strategies, designing content to fit each digital channel, and constantly monitoring the analytics to measure the efficacy of each campaign. Working closely with our Content manager and creative teams to measure and optimize the success of the programs.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience with marketing technology and tools and a demonstrated history of driving change and tangible impact in high-growth, fast-moving environments.
This job can be done remotely in the United States or on-site (post-COVID).
Your Day to Day:
Design marketing strategy resulting in generating Marketing Qualified Leads to sales conversion
Build and execute marketing campaigns through digital mediums such as SEO/SEA/Direct email based on content marketing available
Implement digital ad campaigns across Google, Linkedin, etc. and manage ad spend against annual budget
Responsible for developing outbound marketing cadence, such as lead nurturing and working closely with the content manager to increase the effectiveness of the campaigns.
Accountable for maintaining and updating company website focused on driving SEO and brand awareness
Maintain and update social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter) and develop on-going social media strategies
Collaborate with the team to discover innovative marketing tools and emerging trends to accomplish Marketing team objectives
Gather and provide KPIs and analysis based on campaigns executed to feed into marketing performance dashboard and to inform future activities
You will start out as a player, with the ability to grow a team and be a coach
What Our Team is Looking For:
At least 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, B2B, and technology services preferred
Experience in setting and executing a multi-channel strategy for generating marketing-qualified lead generation
Experience using Salesforce, Hubspot, or another CRM preferred
Experience using Pardot or another Marketing Automation tool preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated attention to detail
Entrepreneurial spirit and a positive attitude
Ability to work under strict deadlines and budgets
Ability to manage time effectively across multiple deadlines
Proactive problem solver
Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
