And earlier in June, Michael felt the pressure to propose to Martha on her 33rd birthday, in a hilarious text message exchange with his mother.

Michael shared a screenshot to his Instagram Stories of his mother asking 'how long' it will take him to get down on bended knee.

'Mum putting the absolute HEAT on me today,' Michael captioned the screenshot.

The exchange began with Michael asking his mother whether she had sent Martha a birthday text.

When Michael filled her in on the massage, dinner and helicopter ride he had planned for his influencer girlfriend, his mother hilariously put the pressure on him to pop the question with the response, 'could have proposed then'.

Michael replied, 'LOL relax ma,' to which his mother added, 'for how long man'.

Martha told Daily Mail Australia last year that 'never in her wildest dreams' did she believe that creating sponsored posts at home would become her full-time job, and expressed her surprise at how financially viable it is.

'It is surprising. I worked as a makeup artist for so long and I knew that big brands turnover so much. And the number one thing that they all invest in is marketing,' she said.

Although Martha did not reveal the exact figure she charges for branded content, it's estimated she makes anything up to $3,000 for a single sponsored selfie.
